| Mirror - Shellcraft Floral Heart - 8" This mirror is a "sampler" of the types of flowers that can be created with vintage dyed seashell supplies that were available from the 1930s to 1950s. The tiny blossoms were created with Baby Cup shells, Apple Blossom shells, and Teardrop shells (Job's Tears), with Rice shell flower buds, all surrounded by tiny green Gar Scale foliage. Sparkle and accents were created by adding Swarovski crystal "dewdrops" and faux pearls to the center of many of the seashell flowers. The mirror has been edged by a double row of pearl umbonium shells. The frame measures approximately 7.75" across, and is equipped to stand on a table top or hang on a wall. |
